Agostini Nautica has decided to make an active commitment to promoting sport and to its local area.
With this in mind, in 2007 it entered into a profitable partnership with the historic Canottieri di Ravenna society, a rowing association that has been active in the Ravenna area since as far back as 1873.
The two partners reached agreement immediately on a number of objectives: promoting sport as an educational activity, involving schools and disabled athletes, creating a constructive synergy for their own local area.
This common ground has created the genuine close cooperation which will see Agostini Nautica and Canottieri di Ravenna working side by side over the next few years in the society’s activities, ranging from racing competitions to initiatives designed to encourage both young and old to take up rowing. Not to mention Agostini’s contribution on the technical front as well which will result in improvements to a number of boats.
